PILATES

Mat Pilates

Pilates Mat is geared towards lengthening and strengthening your muscles, turning your core from weak to sleek, and even rehabbing old injuries. This popular mind-body workout is effective yet not intimidating. Some props and equipment will be used to intensify the workout. Modifications will be introduced as needed. You will leave this class feeling aligned, strengthened, and above all refreshed.

Small Group Reformer

Our Small Group Reformer sessions utilize the reformers, towers, chairs, barrels, BOSUs, cardio trampolines & more to create a fun interval training workout that will improve your overall strength, endurance, flexibility & balance! 3 - 6 person requirement. Private Pilates Appointments

Take the opportunity to invest in yourself!  Indulge in a 50-minute private Pilates appointment with our STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructors, Brooke Holvick and Lauri Martineau. Challenge your mind-body awareness as well as strengthen your entire body through a combination of exercises involving the Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Cadillac. Personal attention will be paid to each client’s individual needs. A workout will be developed specifically for you paying close attention to the detailed analysis taken at your first visit. Whether your goal is general wellness, achieving your goal weight, or rehabbing an old injury, Pilates will leave you strengthen and refreshed!


YOGA

HATHA YOGA

The practice of Hatha yoga aims to unite the mind, body, and spirit through poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. There are endless benefits to practicing Hatha yoga such as pain relief, emotional health, mindfulness, improved overall physical fitness, and posture. Hatha yoga provides an opportunity to release tension, stretch, and build strength. This style of yoga offers students a great introduction to basic yoga poses with an emphasis on proper alignment. Modifications and progressions can be made as needed, making Hatha yoga a great choice for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.


ADULT DANCE

ADULT BALLET

Adult Ballet is designed for adult students who are looking to start their formal dance training for the first time or return to classes after time away from their ballet training. Emphasis in class will be on correct body alignment/placement, strength and flexibility, and providing formal training in the foundations of classical ballet. We offer a single drop-in rate as well as monthly tuition. There is no prerequisite for Adult Ballet.

ADULT TAP

Adult Tap is a fun-filled class meant for all levels. Come join Christi for 45 minutes of basic tap fundamentals, and learn some simple routines! There is no prerequisite for Adult Tap.
